| One of the big problems of our society and of the church is the men's lack COMPROMISED with his society and with his God. This is verified in the existing immaturity in adult men and the absence of PATERNITY in the home; bringing as consequence a society of children without parents, battered women and left, and the COMMITMENT on behalf of the men with God in the church. |

| Red de Hombres (Christian Men’s Network) that MANLINESS and SIMILARITY TO CRISTH are synonymous, that a man is more a man when he is less a child, since the MATURITY does not come with the years but with the acceptance of RESPONSIBILITIES. |
|
| For this reason, the Red de Hombres works equipping pastors and leaders them specializing to realize an effective work with the men of the church and also out of it. We have a program of specialization in manliness, where for approximately two years and a half, with 9 courses designed didactically, the men are trained and taught in the beginning of the real manliness that is the similarity to Christ. |
|
| At the end of this session of preparation, the verified men and that assume the responsibility, are commissioned in a ceremony where they a sword of honor is awarded as symbol of a real man, who in addition has assumed the commitment to teach others what he learned. |
